The growth mindsets are more flexible and easily acclimate to the environment. They put themselves someone else’s shoes quickly. Learning new skills, languages and exploring the world and new opportunities are some of the most distinct traits of growth mindset people.
Fixed mindsets always stay in comfort zone and do not believe in doing and being something extraordinary. When you have a fixed mindset, you won’t make any difference in your life over the years. You won’t take any conscious effort and won’t control your situations and conditions.
However, it is possible to change your mindset from fixed to growth.
You Do Not Help Others Succeed
Helping others realizing their goals is the common trait of successful people. When you help others and let go of any jealousy and insecurity, you start competing against yourself, not others. This motivates you to do something better than before. Helping others might bring some new opportunity for you too, even if you do not expect it. However, you should help people without expecting anything in return.

You should see yourself as a fountain of happiness and joy, and spread the love around yourself. Make an environment of happiness around you by being happy and smiling all the time.
Helping other and solving their problems will also improve your problem-solving technique and you will become better by helping others.
You Give Up Too Soon

After a failure, it is natural that it will hurt your confidence and belief in yourself but does not lose motivation. Evaluating your mistakes after the failure is an obvious step, and you should do it but closing the plan altogether is not a good decision that your goals and dreams deserve. Giving up is convenient after a failure but not fair when you have that fire and belief that you will succeed sooner or later in your plan it becomes nearly impossible to give up on your dreams.
