How to Use Law of Attraction and Make It Work for You
I started using this Law a couple of years ago when I watched the movie The Secret. Since then this law has transformed my world upside down. Law of Attraction explains that you are the one who shapes your life. Law of attraction has changed the life of millions and millions of people around the world. With the use of this law, people are living the life of their dreams. If you search on google, you will find millions and millions of success stories of people around the world. Also, since it is a Law you cannot avoid it, Law of Attraction works all the time, it is working right now while you are reading this. And if you cannot prevent this law then the best thing is that you should cooperate with it.
All of the successful people in this world use this Law, and all the unsuccessful people do the same. Law of attraction works solely by your thoughts and action. Your thoughts and actions shape your reality. Be it Oprah Winfrey, Bill Gates or any other famous personality they use it all the time, and you use it too, consciously or unconsciously. I have met numerous people who think that Law of Attraction is a crap and fictitious, of course, their opinions are based on their personal experience in life. When you put all of your energy and attention on one thought, you create an image of it in your mind, and eventually, it becomes your reality.
Law of attraction needs some practice and commitment. In the beginning, this might be difficult for you to behave as if you already have it, but gradually it will become easier and effortless for you to attracted your desires. The human mind is a transmitter it is tremendous potential to attract things, people and events towards it. You just need to be consistent and patient about your thought, and you will be surprised to see the change in your life. Write-Think-Talk-Behave and do everything that you believe will move you toward your desires.
This law works on energy. We all are energy and energy moves from one form to other. When you put all of your energy on a thought and idea, it becomes genuine and it comes alive.
How To Use Law of Attraction
Using Law of Attraction is pretty simple but needs proper planning, you need to be persistent and relax.
Decide What You Want
Changing your belief every day won’t bring any result to you, you need to be consistent with your thoughts and actions. Write in a diary each and every detail of it, do not neglect anything. For example, if you want to lose weight then, write how much you want to lose, what is your ideal weight and in how many days you are going to achieve this. Also, write about the reaction of your friends, colleagues and family members. While you write all this, feel each and every word of it, consume it and make it alive.
I will suggest you not to burden yourself with some gigantic goal in the beginning because it will be difficult for you to believe it and your mind will not adapt itself to the idea. So, in the beginning, fix a small and believable goal, and concentrate on it, put all of your energy on it and you will see that it will become your reality.
Also, just writing in your diary is not enough, read it thousands of times (more will be better) everyday especially before you go to bed at the night and just after getting up in the morning. This will work like magic.
Believe It Will Come
Have an unshakable belief and faith that your dream will come true. Like I said earlier, be consistent and persistent do not give up on it. Faith is unyielding power. Do not have any doubt in your mind, just believe it is about to come. Even if you do not see any result, think that will happen. You need not think about how it will come right, you just need to feel it, reflect on the result and not the process.
How To Create Belief
This is the common question that a lot of people ask me, you need to understand that belief is formed by our thoughts, the thoughts that dominate our mind for the majority of the time are going to become faith and ultimately our reality. So, to create or change your mindset you need to change your conscious thinking. Now, a lot you may have question ‘’ how to change thinking’’? Well, this one is very easy!
Our thinking depends on our surrounding, our habits and the type of thing and people we expose ourselves to. This can be changed easily; you need to create a healthy, happy, motivational and inspirational environment around you. Do not give any attention or thought to negative and pessimistic people, there only objective might be to drag you down and demoralize you.
Belief is also created by repetition. When we repeat an affirmation or any picture in our mind, we immerse our mind in it. Repetition of affirmation or image should be done thousands of times to sow it in mind deeply. With this, you can successfully create Beliefs.
Let It Go
This is the last step in Law of Attraction, and most of the people fail at this. Letting go is imperative to make Law of Attraction work. When you dwell on your desires and dreams, you send the energy of doubt and distrust to the universe, and in return, you do not realize your results. This is the reason people do not achieve their desires because they do not let it go. You need to behave as if you already have it And you won’t feel bad even if you lose it, that’s it! It will do wonder for you mind it.
Then a lot of people ask me, Ashutosh how can I feel this way, How can I not care and dwell on my desire? Well, it is easy you need to keep yourself busy in other areas of your life. Let the Universe execute your wishes, do not doubt it. When you sow seeds of plants, you do not dig every other day and check if it is growing or not. Universe will deliver your desires and dreams at the proper time.
Apart from getting busy in your daily chores of work and other areas of your life, you should some do other exercises also like playing a musical instrument, meditating and doing yoga, these activities will keep your energy contained and alive.
