Sleep is the most important exercise that we do. No matter how much healthy diet we take and the exercises we do but without Goodnight Sleep all this is a complete waste. Sleep is necessary and must for our body to function well. When we sleep our body is at rest and silently does the job of cell repairing.
Our Brain also does its job and release many Hormones that improves our health and lifts Mood this is the reason we feel calm and positive after a goodnight’s sleep.
Sleep Deprivation is a major problem these days, people often neglect their need for sleep in order to complete another task that is not important than their health in any way. Sleep Deprivation has numerous negative effects on our body and mind. It hinders the growth in children and degrades our overall health.
What Will Happen If You Do Not Sleep?
If you do not sleep for even few days you will face some extremely dangerous consequences.
Even if this day is just the first day of your without sleep you will experience some unhealthy symptoms like Extreme Fatigue, Poor Coordination, and Low Focus.
You will feel tired and will not be interested in studying and your work. Events like the party may excite you because it is still only the first day without sleep.
On this day onwards all the previous symptoms will be magnified and the person will also experience some new hazards. The Focus will be nonexistent and the eyes will feel like they are burning. EyeSight will decline sharply!
Behaviour will be influenced badly and the person will become rude.
The Voice will also change and will become weak.
Extreme Full Body Pain especially in joints and bones. Posture will further worsen and the person will appear to be far aged than actual age. Breakings on the skin will be seen clearly and to anyone. The Tone will body skin will be affected.
And the injuries caused from this day may never be corrected. The chances of Heart Attack will be magnified and the person will experience Restlessness.
From this day the danger of Heart Attack may amplify and also the chances of Death may also arise. The person may not able to judge where he is and what the other people are doing around him.

How To Get Good Sleep?

Do Not Sleep At Daytime
Yes, do not sleep at daytime. Small Nap will be fine and also brings numerous benefits but long sleep at daytime reduces the quality of sleep at night. When we sleep in daytime our need for sleep at night reduces which hinders the continuity that is required at night.
Also, an Adult should at least 7 Hours of uninterrupted sleep at Night, 8-9 Hours would be even better.
Sleep In Dark Room
Do not let any kind of light enter your room. Light degrades the quality of sleep, it prevents Brain from releasing the hormone called Melatonin that improves the quality of overall life and health.
You can also wear Eye Mask to prevent the light from penetrating the eyelids. The lights from your Smartphones also has adverse effects on sleep.
The lights from different sources make it difficult for us to sleep and this is the reason we often wake up tired in the Morning!
Check Your Diet
Diet plays a significant role in our life. Avoid heavy food before sleeping. Also, have your dinner at least 2 Hours prior to sleep. Do not drink Coffee after 6 PM.
Do not consume Sugar in any form after 6 PM. Sugar and Caffeine have the almost same effect on our Brain. They make us feel awake and active.
Do not Booze after 5PM. I know it is difficult for a lot of you but cutting the consumption of Alcohol will improve your sleep.
What Should You Do Prior To Sleep?
You should avoid using your cell phone at least 1 Hour prior to sleep.
Drink half glass of Water before going to bed, since your body needs to be hydrated for next few hours.
Read Book. No explanation needed.
Practice Deep Breathing. It will make you calm and will release all the negativity before sleep.
Apart from this, you should mind some other tips that you should have your fixed timetable for Sleep. Investing in good Mattress will also help you and being acting throughout the day will significantly improve the quality of Sleep!
